hey guys. i was wondering what fruits if any will make me gain weight back so ill be sure to stay away from them. same goes for any veggies too. and also should i be concerned with the glycmic load and index of fruits and veggies? please help. i want to eat beets and mangos and pineappleand melons but i dont want to if ill gain weight from them so let me know please. list a bunch of fruits and veggies that yall know might make me put fat on. thank you sooo much :)
