Help !!! for ten points please !!! Will I loose some weight with this plan ?
Okay so for about 4 days I have been on a diet but I dont Think its working and I have also been working out for an 1 hour a day, but one thing im usually sore. For breakfeast I usually have oatmeal with fruit like apples, melon, or banannas, and sometimes egg whites with a 25 oz. of water. Lunch: More water and veggies to go with it or nothing. Dinner is fish or chicken with more veggies and sometimes beans. And for dessert its ethier frozen strawberries or a grapefruit and a mango. Throughout the day ( drink about 100 -150 oz. of water. And my workout is Level 1 for 30 Mins. of the yoga meltdown with Jillian Michaels and The biggest loser Cardio Max workout: Warm up, level 1 cardio max with Bob harper, and the cooldown for about 3O mins. Will this make me loose weight yes or no
