I have two goldfish. During feeding time, one fish gets to the food first, so the other gets none.?

My one goldfish, Mango, likes to follow Tango all the time. During feeding time, Tango always beats Mango to the chase. I try to give them a couple flakes each. Tango will end up eating all four flakes, and poor Mango, who has to be hungry, I'm sure, gets none. I don't like the fact one will end up overeating and other isn't getting enough. What do I do about this?
