Should I change my name?

im a parent and when my children grow up, if they hate their name so much they want to change it i would be quite hurt as their father and i spent so long picking out the 'perfect' name for each of them. however i would also not want to see them unhappy, so if they were sure thats what they wanted to do i guess i could live with their decision.. though i think i'd probably still call them by the name i named them at birth as i couldnt see them as anything else.
