Should I continue dating her?

Okay so I am currently dating this girl for almost a month now, but we've been "talking" almost a year now. I went to middle school with her and she was just an aquaintance but we got to know each other on facebook after she moved to virginia after middle school, so orginally the plan was that she was moving back this summer and we would officially date then but her dad got orders to D.C. so we decided to see other people, and two months later I fell in love with this girl named Jasmine and we started dating two days before Melinda unexpectedly moved back with her mother, so when I found out she moved back I told her about Jasmine and she wanted me to dump her and I didn't and she said I cheated on her and broke her heart which is NOT TRUE. Several times during me and Jasmine's relationship, she caused drama between us and tried to break us up and one time she did but we got back together. then after Jasmine broke my heart, she asked for a second chance and I gave her one and since then we've been dating but it doesnt feel like we're dating because all we do is text we dont even talk on the phone, and even though she moved back we havent seen each other since middle school, and everytime I ask her to hang out she says she has to babysit, should i continue dating her or cut her loose? PLEASE HELP! p.s. she said stuff like that she was addicted to meth and drank which i think are just lies that she used to break me and Jasmine up by trying to make me feel sorry for her. I dont believe her because she doesnt look messed up like most people on meth do and she goes to chuch and always talks about God..? And my parents think she is a trash whore because she said that she wanted to have sex with me when I was with Jasmine and that I turn her on everytime I talk to her and she sent me a picture of her in her brothers boxers and said she looks better in a bikini..
