Why am I so hungry and was this a reason why?
Well you diminished the amount of calories you have consumed therefore the ravenous feeling continues to persist and you have omitted lunch which is essential in nourishing the body and I guess preventing hunger pangs. Additionally the exercises you have engaged in have utilized the sources of energy within your body therefore you may feel slightly famished. Also according to what you consumed I'd deem this as below the healthier and ideal range of 1400-1600 calories daily thus this has the potential of slowing down the metabolism your resorting to the blatant mistake I made lol. Moreover the mistake I made was minimizing the amount of food I ate which did affect me negatively i.e insufficient energy levels, grouchiness, irritation, my memory at the time did slightly change because of a drastic diet change however the memory issue lasted for a day due to eating insufficiently and being deprived of nutrients. In addition to this I implemented a healthier diet by eating frequent smaller(4-6 meals) portioned every 2-3 hours, inhibiting myself from indulging excessively and eating foods that are limited in refinery. Furthermore according to my perspective your depriving yourself of the sustenance you need to optimally function don't resort to this method its really ineffective! By the way rest is also an integral aspect to fitness because you need rest in order to recuperate don't neglect any elements of fitness they are all fundamentals. Consult a doctor if you have eating issues promptly. All the best :) If you need advice you can consult me in trying to establish a good fitness regimen.
